It was clear they did not want to help us with our questions. We ordered our Bingo Packets, I had to literally pull the info out of the sales clerks. We were now dealing with Casino staff, not Hotel staff. We didn't even have to ask!! She was very nice, took us to the Player's Club to get a card and the $10.00 free play as a new member, showed us the different restaurants and walked us to Bingo. The same young man approached us and said that another female employee would give us a tour. We then headed to our room.BEAUTIFUL! the rooms are very nice and the shower is HUGE!!! Once we put our stuff away we headed down to the hotel lobby. A very nice employee (young man on shift around 4pm) came over and said when are a ready he would be more than happy to give us a tour and show us where everything was located. We were talking about Bingo and pondering where the hall was located. While my friend was checking in, the rest of us were sitting in the lobby. I checked in with a 3 great friends on Wednesday, 1/22/14.
